• Full payment of the rental fee is due at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation and confirm your date. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSl encryption and is not stored on our website or payment systems, unless your permission is granted.

For our safety, please ensure someone at the delivery location is aware Everything Sign Co. will be at the premises installing the yard card on the scheduled installation date. We will send you a reminder via text message the day before your scheduled installation date. PLEASE NOTE: For approved RUSH orders, a text reminder will be sent within 1 hour of scheduled delivery time, time permitting. Your yard card rental is installed on your reservation date during a delivery window between 6:30 PM-9:30 PM. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT guarantee arrival time or completion time. We may arrive at any time within this window to begin our set-up. Times may vary depending upon daylight savings time. The yard card is picked up approximately 24 hours after installation (or the rental indicated in the package.) An earlier pick up time can be arranged by notifying us at time of reservation. PLEASE NOTE: Yard cart rentals are available for time greater than 24 hours (or the rental period indicated in the package) for an additional fee. All signs, parts, components and accessories of the yard car display remain the property of Everything Sign Co. While it is in your possession. If you have a specific location placement request, please send us an email at everythingsignco@gmail.com (mailto:everythingsignco@gmail.com)with a detailed description along with photos of the area. We will try our best to honor your request; however, there are times some elements may prevent this from occurring (such as slope, tree roots,rocks, hard/dry soil, etc.), and placement of the yard card is the maid and Edward discretion. Once the yard car display is arranged and staked inplace, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE OR REPOSITION ANY SIGNS. Therefore, please give us a call if the yardcard needs to be moved or picked up.

• Grass must be recently cut to an acceptable level prior to installation. • Water your lawn for at least 30 minutes the night before and for 30 minutes 2 consecutive days leading up. • Please note, if your lawn is too dry, hard, and/or very rocky, we may be forced to make changes to the original setup or we may not be able to install the yard card display at all. Any necessary changes will be discussed with you. • Also, please clear any debris or pet feces prior to installation.

Remember to turn off your sprinkler system and notify your lawn servicer to discontinue service for the duration of your yard card rental. Lawn equipment and blowers should not be used on or around the yard card. Grass will cause stains to the signs. Do not move, remove, or attach anything to the yard card, including but not limited to, tape, adhesive, glue, clips, balloons, streamers, silly string, and other signage. For your safety and the safety of others, please do not play or allow anyone to play on or around the yard card as it may contain pointed corners and straight, sharp edges, and it will not support the weight of an adult, child, or animal. Everything Sign Co and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person, real property or personal property, including but not limited to the residence/structure, lawn, lawn accessories/components, sprinkler system and its components, flooring, and/or walls, during installation, the duration of the rental period, and/or removal of the yard card. The LESSEE, regardless if the yard card is delivered and installed at a location not owned or leased by you or within your care, custody, or control, understands and agrees to pay charges equal to the full replacement value of each item if any components of the yard card display are damaged or missing during your rental period, and you will be invoiced for the cost to replace the item(s), which may far exceed the rental fee you incurred.

• We reserve the right to decline delivery, installation, or removal of the yard card if there is inclement weather - including but not limited to - lightning, thunderstorms, snow, ice, very cold or warm temperatures, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, and any other act of God that would put our representatives or yard card displays in harm's way. • If we are unable to reschedule the date for the rental of the yard card, we will provide a credit equal to 100% of the rental fee to be applied towards a future rental, subject to the then current pricing and date availability​.

• We understand that circumstances may change, however our cancellation policy reflects the fact that we have a limited supply of signs, and that a lot of time and energy goes into sign planning in the days leading up to your rental. • In the event that inclement weather, such as lightning/thunderstorms or heavy rain/high winds, prevents us from setting up your sign, we will be in contact to provide alternative options for installation (e.g., an alternate date or a full refund). • Cancellations that occur the 24 hours prior to the event can choose between receiving a refund of ½ the booking rate or a full credit toward a future reservation within 1 year of the date of the event. Any cancellations prior to the 24 hour window before your event is fully refundable. • No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address, or due to the homeowner requesting us to remove a sign that was gifted to them. • No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the sign from being set up or circumstances that prevent us from setting up the sign that are out of our control. • No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. • No refunds will be given due to the ground being too hard for yard card install. • No refunds will be given due to the address having another yard-card up during scheduled set-up and deconstruction time.
